A specialized business unit offering flood claim services

Keeping abreast of the ever-changing environment within the National Flood Program is crucial to the proper and efficient handling of flood claims. IAS Claims Services maintains close contact with FEMA and National Flood Services to ensure that our flood adjusters have the most up-to-date information and able to provide our clients with a highly superior product and exceptional customer service. You can be assured that IAS Claims Service has the experience and understanding to handle any and all flood claims.

We feel that the only way to maintain a successful flood program is through experience and training. IAS has developed a two-day flood training program that ensures our adjusters have the knowledge and tools to scope, write a flood estimate, complete all required reports, meet report deadlines as established by NFIP (FEMA) and National Flood Services, understand coverages as stated by the Standard Flood Insurance Policy and understand and apply practical application using Xactimate 28, XactAnalysis, XactContents and Claimatic software. Through our unique approach the “23 Steps to Writing a Flood Estimate,” our flood adjusters maintain a consistent approach to handling each and every flood claim.
