IAS operates our adjustment services across the United States from offices located in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and Florida. The majority of our adjusters work from their homes from locations as far apart as Seattle, WA, to Raleigh Durham, NC to Miami, FL or El Paso, TX. No matter where claims are adjusted or managed by our adjusters all claims are initially brought into our centralized web-based claim system and IAS ClaimCare® Center located in San Antonio, TX. Claims are dispatched to the appropriate adjuster/inspector and when complete, all work product goes to one of our control centers for quality control review by one or more of our managers before finalizing the claim file. Our process and technology allows IAS to efficiently and with a high degree of customer care, handle claims anywhere.
